President & Business Broker

Paul brings over 25 years of business experience in professional services, manufacturing, distribution and healthcare – with deep expertise in business valuation that informs every aspect of his work. 

Having personally built, scaled, and sold multiple businesses across the GTA, Paul has a deep understanding of what business owners need when it’s time to exit. As a licensed Ontario realtor, he has also guided clients through business sales, commercial real estate transactions, and complex syndication deals – offering a comprehensive, hands-on perspective at every stage of the process.

Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from York University and a master’s degree from Queens University in Labour and Industrial Relations. Previously, Paul was a principal at a respected multinational brokerage, M&A firm, where he led high-profile transactions and refined his strategic approach. Recognizing the need for a more personal, boutique experience, Paul founded Maplewood Business Advisors to provide business owners with direct, senior-level guidance as they prepare for their next chapter.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, cheering on his favourite sports teams, and giving back to his community.
